Replies to email messages from/to alternate name users may be sent to recipients deleted from the To, cc and bcc fields and show names of users to whom the message was not delivered

Gravatar Image1 - Because the TechNote uses such big words, it's hard for me to comprehend what's going on. But, as far as I can tell, a user creates a Draft memo, doesn't look at the to, cc, and bcc fields, and after multiple edits, sends it to people that may not need to see it? Is that right?
