5 - Hey Tom! That reminds me that the last photo I took at Lotusphere was of you and Libby during your podcast interview. Came out pretty nice, although you were not in quite as animated a pose.

Now I just need to get off my duff (punn intended) and upload my photos!

Great meeting you and I can't wait to throw some java at my next client app. Great job.

10 - Didn't loose as much weight as I had hoped before Lotusphere, but the change was noticable from last year.

And Paul? You'll *lose* that video clip if you know what's good for you. :)

11 - I thought you lost some weight. I've been following the plan from the book "The Abs Diet". It's a healthy way to eat and stresses foods for your best metobolic return. Weight training is essential too. Of course, I had a small setback while at Lotusphere. But overall, I'm down 14 lbs from the beginning of the year. That was the easy weight to loss. I do like the foods and it seems like a habit I can stick to.
