One thing that will ALWAYS be a clear winner in Notes/Domino... backup/restore
Category IBM/Lotus
The architecture of Notes/Domino is simple. If a database breaks or goes corrupt, you restore *just that NSF!* No resyncing dozens of servers, indexes, software stores, etc.
One NSF...
I'm not looking forward to the first time SharePoint breaks...

Just wait till you get that email/phone call/IM . . .
"Um, Greg? You know that Administration site I created and populated and put all that useful information in? Yeah, I kind of accidentally deleted it. Can you fix that?"
That's when you find out 'fixing' it means a full restore of the content database to a different server, creating a new site collection on a dev server that uses this same collection DB for its content, exporting the site from there, and importing it to the production site, hoping it doesn't break something else.
Believe me, it doesn't take much. It's like the Exec calling the Exchange admin needing to recover that e-mail that he/she deleted a couple of weeks ago.
I've heard there are backup/restore tools that make this much easier, but I haven't had much time to look in to them.
