2 - I've been meaning to try Diet Pepsi Max (46mg of caffeine) since it is purported to "wake up your mind and body."

But nothing beats a double espresso.

3 - I have gone from around 600-700+ mgs a day by this chart.. Mainly expresso's to less that 100 on my diet as I am basically drinking loads of water and 2 cups of green tea a day.

I have to say I am sleeping better and apart from my "near miss" traffic problem last night my temper has been a lot less friable

4 - I am very caffeine tolerant. I can drink a Coke 10 minutes before bed and still fall asleep.
But at one of the Lotuspheres, they had Jolt and I grabbed one. I was shaking after drinking it and had NO concentration ability. I'm glad I know where my limit is.

5 - Tom, do you have the figures for Irn Bru anywhere? I'd wager a can would be up there in triple figures.

6 - @5, I don't think regular Irn-Bru has much more caffeine that Coke. The energy drink variant Irn-Bru 32 has 32 mg per 100ml, similar to Red Bull.
