While out shopping on Saturday, we happened upon this in the frozen seafood department:

Hence the question... What part of the catfish do the nuggets come from?

And how many catfish does it take to get five pounds of them???

1 - Parts is parts. Just chew and swallow. The catfish rumored to be over the hill from me in Lake Mead would make 10s of boxes each.

4 - I want to know what part of the sea the cat fish calls home. I thought it was a fresh water phish only.

The do have big noses - perhaps the "nuggets" are a managed, renewable resource originating there? Emoticon
